Attorney Lourdes Casanova brings a wide range of experience to the firm from her previous work in both civil and criminal proceedings. In addition to her background as a State Prosecutor, Attorney Casanova litigated numerous immigration and personal injury cases prior to founding Casanova Law.

Beyond her legal skills, Attorney Casanova’s background as the daughter of immigrants gives Casanova Law a unique and profound understanding of the many issues facing our local communities.

Attorney Casanova is prepared to advocate for those at risk of deportation, applying for a Visa or navigating other areas of Immigration. Her fluency in Spanish and Portuguese helps our clients feel comfortable and confident that their needs are our highest concern.

Paola Valero is the Chief Legal Assistant at Casanova Law. She joined our firm in 2018 as an Administrative Assistant and quickly impressed the firm with her natural ability to connect with our clients. Prior to joining Casanova Law, Paola was employed in the service industry, where she became an expert in customer service, multitasking and oversight. Paola excels at maintaining client relationships, performing clerical tasks, managing the administration of the office, communicating with court personnel, preparing forms, and filing legal documents. Paola speaks fluent Spanish.

Perhaps more important than Paola’s professional skills is her passion for helping the local Hispanic community. Her Cuban-Mexican background and upbringing in Palm Beach County gives her unique insight into many of the issues facing our immigrant neighbors. Paola is committed to supporting, comforting, and fighting for our clients.
